Yes, if you have a full-time dedicated developer, they work only for you while in your employees. If you have a part-time dedicated developer, they will also work on other projects not related to yours. We will plan out ahead of time when they will be available to work on your projects so that you can plan your activities around their availability.

The project manager assigned to your project is your primary point of contact to communicate your requirements. They have years of experience in software development, delivering high-quality customer service, and have strong communication skills. Regarding communication with your developer, you will also be able to communicate with your developer and project manager through email, Skype, and phone calls.

We will try to make it convenient for you by matching up your working hours with those of your developer. Please keep in mind that we are dealing with distances over several time zones, so it may not be very easy. However, we do our best to provide to overlap 2 to 3 hours between your schedule and those of your developer so that you communicate directly.

We have very skilled and experienced developers that have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in their respective fields. As a result, our rates start at $2,000 per month for about 160 work hours. This price includes your project manager as well. Additional specialized skills and services and more experienced developers may increase the cost of your dedicated developer.
